At Synergy Nutrition, we offer two shipping options through Australia Post:

  1. Standard Post: Delivery times may vary depending on your location but generally range from 2 to 4 business days.

  2. Express Post: This option offers faster delivery, typically taking 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time

Once you place an order with Synergy Nutrition, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Synergy Nutrition is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care to ensure that your items are packaged securely, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to Australia Post. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.
