Love Organic Black Seed Oil may help soften and nourish skin and hair. It is naturally rich in antioxidants, and contains omega-3, 6, & 9 fatty acids and vitamins B1, B2, & B3. This oil may help support the general well-being. It is 100% pure & natural, and is free from additives, preservatives, solvents, hexane, alcohol and parabens.

As a food supplement:
- Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Love Organic Black Seed Oil daily as part of a balanced lifestyle. Enjoy on its own, or mix it with juice or honey to enhance the flavour.
- If you are unsure about the right amount for you, check with your healthcare professional.

For skin:
- Apply 2-3 drops of the oil directly to clean skin or blend it with your favourite carrier oil.
- Conduct a patch test before using it on a larger area. Apply a small amount of the oil to the inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for sensitivity.

For hair:
- Massage the oil gently into your scalp using circular motions. You can also apply the oil through the lengths and ends of your hair.
- Leave in for 30 minutes to an hour, and then rinse with lukewarm water and shampoo as usual.
- You can use it regularly as part of your hair care routine.
